Our stand will showcase how neurodiversity is welcomed in an engineering workplace and why we actively need “different thinkers” across STEM. We will share practical, real world examples of inclusive working and signpost helpful resources. We will be doing a demonstration on water quality testing to show how skills in data analysis and attention to detail are an asset and have a Lego activity to help visualise all the communication variables in neurodiversity.
